Our Story

Boat Harnesses was founded by two audio installers who are also boat owners. We've spent years in boats, both on the install side and on our own, and we've guided hundreds of DIY integrations and upgrades.

We started with a simple belief: upgrading your boat's audio shouldn't mean permanently altering the factory wiring. So we engineered a better way: plug-and-play harnesses that adapt to your stock system and return to stock just as easily.

We made the first truly modular harness, and we hold every one to the standard we'd want in our own boats. Each harness is fit-checked on real boats, bench tested, and built with tinned OFC wire that's properly specced for the job.

Today we offer harnesses for Malibu, Axis, Yamaha, and more OEM audio systems. Upgrading your audio should be something you can do yourself, and we make that possible.

Then we took it a step further

We now offer amplifier packages that arrive prewired to our integration harnesses and pretuned for the exact components they'll power. Every amp is tuned on our bench with professional-grade tools. We don't tune by ear, and we don't set levels from a photo or an online guide. Guessing at gains is one of the most common causes of distortion and damaged speakers, subs, and amplifiers, and it's completely avoidable with the right equipment.
