30-day returns
You can return harnesses within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in like-new condition.
Amp packages and racks
Amp packages and racks are built and tuned for your boat, so returns are handled case by case. Contact us and we'll work it out with you.
Amps keep their normal manufacturer warranty. Loose amps go through the manufacturer's normal warranty process. If an issue comes up with a mounted amp board or rack, contact us and we'll decide together whether you swap out just that one amp or send the whole rack back to us.
Warranty
Our harnesses carry a 1-year limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship.
How to return
Email boatharnesses@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you return instructions.
Return shipping and fees
The customer pays return shipping. There's no restocking fee when items come back unused and like new. Items returned used, installed, or damaged may be refused.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll replace it free and cover the shipping. Email boatharnesses@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
